<br />Contract Amendment and Contracts <br />for Reprographic Services <br />(Spec. No. 02-068) <br />August 16, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Renewal <br /> <br />On August 19, 2002, the City Council awarded contracts for a one-year <br />period with provisions for two one-year renewals. The vendors have <br />performed satisfactorily during the past contract period and have <br />agreed to the renewal option with no increase in prices. As a result, <br />staff recommends authorizing the final renewal period. <br /> <br />The award amount is based upon past usage and staff projections for the <br />next contract period. The contract increase amounts for American <br />Reprographic Co., LLC d/b/a Consolidated Reprographics and Kinko's Inc. <br />reflect anticipated higher usage.
