While adverse, construction, when performed in compliance with the requirements of the Municipal Code is typical~y considered to be less than significant. However, construction noise associated with the proj ect would have the potential to create nuisance noise at nea~by residential land uses. To minimize short -term construction noise impacts the following mitigation measures shall be implemented. Mitigation Measures E. .
