<br />6. <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not conflict <br />with easements necessary for public access through or use of the <br />property within the proposed project. <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not <br />conflict with easements necessary for public access through <br />or use of the property within the proposed project since there <br />is no easement within this property. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The Mitigated Negative Declaration and Monitoring Program for <br />Environmental Review No. 2004-22 was approved and adopted in the <br />Ordinance for Amendment Application No. 2004-04 (AA No. 2002-03) <br />introduced this same day. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana after conducting the <br />public hearing hereby approves Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-04 as conditioned in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. This decision is based upon the <br />evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, which includes but not is not limited to: <br />the Request for Council Action dated August 16, 2004 and exhibits attached thereto; <br />and the public testimony, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this - day of August, 2004. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
