MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIAl <br /> <br />January 10, 1972 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M., in the Mayor's Office, Room 303, <br />City Hall, 217 North Main Street, with the following Councilmen present: Wade <br />Herrin, J. Ogden Market, Vernon S. Evans, Ray Villa and Mayor Lorin Griset. <br />Councilman Jerry M. Patterson arrived at 7:15 P.M. Councilman Harry K. <br />Yamamoto was absent. Also present were City Manager Carl J. Thornton, <br />Assistant City Manager Bruce Spragg, City Attorney James Withers, Director <br />of Personnel Donald Bott, and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone. <br />Evidence of proper Notice of the Meeting was on file with the Clerk. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION It was moved by Councilman <br /> Evans, seconded by Councilman <br /> Villa, and unanimously carried <br />to adjourn to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel matters. <br /> <br />A DJOU RNMENT <br /> <br />meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Council reconvened at lh50 P.M., <br />with the same members present <br />and the Mayor announced the <br /> <br />Florence I.
