MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 6, 1972 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:10 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Hall Annex, 530 North Ross Street by the Clerk of the Council in the absence <br />of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of the <br />Council and the Clerk declared the meeting adjourned for lack of a quorum to <br />Monday, March 13, 1972, at 2:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Hall Annex. A notice to that effect was posted on the bulletin boards of the <br />City Hall Annex and the City Hall, with affidavit on file. <br /> <br />Florence I.
