MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 20, 1972 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Hall Annex, 530 North Ross Street, with the followir~g Councilmen present: <br />Wade t~errin, J. Ogden Markel, Harry K. Yamamoto, and Mayor norin Griset. <br />Councilman Evans arrived at 2:10 PoM°, and Councilman Patterson at 2:20 P.M. <br />Councilman Villa was present for the evening meeting. Also present'were City <br />Manager Carl J. Thornton, City Attorney James Withers, Director of Planning <br />Herbert Wieland, Director of Public Works Ronald Wolford, and Clerk of the <br />Council Florence I.
