TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #731 Councilman Patterson stated that he had <br /> received a telephone call from the developer <br /> which indicated he had just learned on <br />Friday, 1Viarch 31, that this parcel map would be recommended for d~nial; that the <br />developer has five days to appeal, and if action is taken now, Council would be <br />taking away that right of appeal. <br /> <br />On motion of Coua¢ilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Villa, and carried on <br />a 6-1 vote, Councilman Yamamoto dissenting, Council continued to the April 17th <br />meeting the following: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #731 - Filed by Monterey Park Land <br />Corporation creating four (4) M 1 parcels on which use has not been <br />determined, located generally(kn t-he southeast corner of Segerstrom <br />Avenue and Raitt Street; waiver of alley requirement. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #740 On motion of-Councilman Herrin, seconded <br /> by Councilman Evans, and unanimously <br /> carried, Council approved the following <br />map, subject to conditions contained in Planning Director's report, and waived <br />the alley requirement: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #740 - Filed by Cuyamaca Land Company <br />creating one CZ and one CZ and M 1 parcels to be used for commercial <br />or industrial purpose~ located generally ~)n the ~vest side of Harbor <br />Boulevard, 330 feet south of First Street. <br /> <br />FINAL TRACT MAP On motion of Councilman Villa, seconded <br /> by Councilman Herrin, and unanimously <br /> carried, Council approved the final map, <br />accepted the dedications thereon, and the bonds, and authorized execution of the <br />subdivision agreement, on the following: <br /> <br />MAP #7646 - South of Segerstrom Avenue and west of Raitt Street, <br />forty-eight (48) lots. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />At 3:05 P.M., a recess was declared. <br />The meeting reconvened at 3:10 P.M. <br />with all Councilmen present. <br /> <br />READING WAIVED <br /> <br />reading of ordinances and resolutions, <br />Agenda, was waived. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br />seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />and unanimously carried, the full <br />the titles of which appeared on the public <br /> <br />ORD.
