RECRUITMENT OF On motion of Councilman Yamamoto, <br />CITY MANAGER seconded by Councilman Patterson, and <br /> carried on a 5-2 vote, Councilmen Evans <br /> and Herrin dissenting, Council authorized <br />A.m. Little Company as the consultant to implement the application process and <br />screening processes for the final determination and selection of the City Manager by <br />the City Council, for a fee of $5, 900.
