TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #7879 On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Evans, and <br /> unanimously carried, Council <br />approved the following Tentative Tract Map, subject to conditions contained <br />in the Planning Director's report dated May 26, 1972, and the alley require- <br />ment was waived: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP ~7879 - Filed by Woodlyn North <br />creating one (1) A 1 lot for multiple residential use, located <br />generally on the south side of Santa Clara Avenue, 298 feet <br />west of Tustin Avenue. <br /> <br />BUDGET TRANSFERS <br /> <br />unanimously approved: <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Yamamoto, <br />seconded by Councilman Herrin, the <br />following budget transfer was <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ~61 - Police Department - <br />To transfer $3,000 from Account #11-332-251 to Account <br />#11-339-251 to cover increased costs of animal shelter. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto and <br />unanimously carried, the following budget transfer was approved: <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ~76 - Finance - To <br />transfer $7,700 from Account #11-000-911 to Account <br />#11-111-191 to cover cost of City Manager recruitment <br />contract ($5,900) and portion of cost of Irvine litiga- <br />tion ($1,800). <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Patterson and <br />unanimously carried, the following budget transfer was approved: <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT - City Manager - To <br />transfer $1Z, 500 from Account #11-000-911 to Account <br />#ll-lZl-lll for completion of cost requirements for the <br />fiscal year. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDERS On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Patter son, <br /> with Councilman Markel dissenting, <br />the following change orders were approved: <br /> <br />PROJECT 7013, CONSTRUCTION OF CITY HALL - Change <br />Order #15, increasing in the amount of $2,345.92. <br /> <br />PROJECT 7013, CONSTRUCTION OF CITY ~}A'LL- Change <br />Order #16, increasing in the amount of $9,589.28 . <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Evans and <br /> unanimously carried, the following <br />property was declared surplus and demolition was authorized: <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY REPORT #72-19 for improvements <br />located at 708 N.
