FIRST STREET WIDENING The Acting City Manager reported <br />EAST OF CYPRESS STREET (Cont.) that it would be impossible to make <br /> a change in this year's budget to <br />allocate Gas Tax funds to the First Street widening project; that the Parking <br />Meter funds theoretically are available, but that the cash flow situation is <br />committed funds which are only temporarily available for investment. <br /> <br />1972 - 73 PROPOSED BUDGET Mr. Spragg also reported that the <br />NET ADDITIONAL FUNDS revised amount of the net additional <br /> funds available is now $835,000, <br />not $747,190 as reported at the July 11 meeting, and referred to his report on <br />the revised Preliminary Budget dated July 12, 1972. <br /> <br />AD JO URNMENT <br /> <br />seconded by Councilman Evans. <br /> <br />At 1:50 P.M., the meeting was <br />adjourned on the unanimously <br />carried motion of Councilman Villa, <br /> <br />Florence I.
