HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION <br />ANNUAL REPORT - (Continued) <br /> <br />and Urban Development Committee of the Commission orally reported on his <br />Committee activities. Similar reports were given by Mrs. Ruth Bellows, <br />Chairman of the Youth and Education Committee; Rudy Moreno, Chairman of <br />the Law Enforcement and Education Committee; and Norman Corbin, Chairman <br />of the Labor and Industry Committee. <br /> <br />Councilman Villa requested that a detailed report of the 27 cases involving <br />police acti~ity,~omplaints, referred to in the Annual Report, be made available <br />to each member of Council.
