Any remaining balances not expended at the end of the fiscal year will be <br />presented to City Council for approval to carry forward to Fiscal Year 2025-2026. <br />With the approval of the requested appropriation adjustment, a portion of the <br />accumulated fund balance will be appropriated for spending in the PWA Services, <br />Improvement Other Than Buildings Account (No. 01117607-66220). As reported in the <br />Mid -year Budget Report on March 4, 2025, the estimated General Fund Balance of <br />$16.1 million is available for one-time spending and is sufficient to fund the $2,250,000 <br />request for the Centennial Park Improvements project.
