CONSENT CALENDAR - (Continued) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL/ Approved the following maps, <br />TRACT MAPS subject to conditions contained in <br /> the Planning Director's report <br />and waived the alley requirement for #770: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP ~770 - Filed by Turner <br />Realty Investment Company creating three (3) C 4 parcels. <br />Proposed parcel #1 is to be used for retail stores, parcel <br />#2 for apartments, and parcel A for ingress and egress and <br />off-street parking, Said parcels are located generally on <br />the southwest corner of iV!sin Street and MacArthur Blvd. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #7711 - Filed by Harvey Bear <br />creating 182 condominium lots to be used for residential <br />purposes and one lettered lot to be used for common open <br />space.
