The City has utilized the <br />services of Gibbons & Conley for the last 15 years. They have the <br />necessary expertise and familiarity with BICEP, excess coverage, and <br />municipality issues to provide the City with competent legal services. <br /> <br />In 1998 the approved hourly rate was $125 per hour. Since then the firm <br />has informed us that their rates have increased to $175 per hour. This <br />rate remains highly competitive for a firm with Gibbon's background and <br />expertise. <br /> <br />258-1 <br />
