<br />amendment to the Municipal Code to establish an ordinance for <br />the regulation of bail bond uses would not result in any adverse <br />impacts to any sensitive biological resources, in that the <br />proposed ordinance would not be permit bail bond uses in areas <br />that contain sensitive biological resources. <br /> <br />J:V. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section 15064.5? <br />B. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />unique archaeological resource pursuant to Section 15064.5? <br />C. Directly or indirectly disturb or destroy a unique <br />paleontogical resource or site? <br />D. Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside of <br />fo~l cemeteries. <br /> <br />No J:mpac t <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the <br />City of Santa Ana is known to contain known cultural resources. <br />Additionally, according to the General Plan Land Use Element EIR <br />there is high probability that unknown cultural resources may <br />exist in the City. Approval of the proposed amendment to the <br />Municipal Code to establish an ordinance for the regulation of <br />bail bond uses would not result in impacts to any cultural <br />resource, in that approval of the proposed ordinance would not <br />involve any activities that would disturb known or unknown <br />cultural resources. Through the conditional use permit process, <br />future bail bond uses implemented under the proposed ordinance <br />would be evaluated for potential impacts to kno~ and, unknown <br />cultural resources. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />GEOLOGY/SOILS <br /> <br />A-I. <br /> <br />Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as delineated on the <br />most recent Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zoning Map <br />issued by the State geologist for the area or based on <br />other substantial evidence of a known fault? <br />Strong Seismic Ground shaking? <br />Seismic-related ground failure, including liquefaction? <br />Landslides <br /> <br />A-2. <br />A-3. <br />A-4. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no active earthquake faults, Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Zones <br /> <br />7æ-~6 <br />
