<br />II I <br /> <br />Bail Bond Proposed Regulations <br /> <br /> <br />Operational Standards <br /> <br />Bail bond use shall mean any use or business that is subject to regulation <br />pursuant to California Insurance Code section 1800 et seq., including but <br />not limited to a use or business of a bail agent, a bail permittee, or a bail <br />solicitor. <br />Service use: 5:1000 <br />Professional P zone with a Conditional Use Permit <br />. Must be within 2,000 feet of a jail facility <br />0 Se aration criteria: 150 feet from residential zone* <br />. No living quarters allowed: No showers <br />. Not permitted as a home occupation <br />. Exterior site lighting in compliance with Police Department <br />requirements * <br />. No exterior telephones, outdoor vending machines or other <br />attractive nuisances * <br />. Post a sign prohibiting loitering pursuant to P .C. 602 * <br />. Limit neon lighting around building * <br />.
