The <br />replacement units for the above mentioned projects will be: <br /> <br />m Within the boundaries of the Santa Ana Boulevard Project (Santa <br />Ana Boulevard and Civic Center Drive) <br /> <br />m District Centers <br /> <br />m McFadden remnant parcels <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />H&S Section 33413 (b) (1) and (2) - The Inclusionary Rule <br /> <br />Section 33413 (b) (1) of the Health and Safety Code requires that at <br />least 30 percent of all dwelling units actually developed by a <br />redevelopment agency shall be available at affordable housing cost to <br />persons and families of low-or moderate-income, and not less than 50 <br />percent of the units shalf be available at affordable housing to very- <br />low-income households. <br /> <br />Section 33413 (b) (2) requires that at least 15 percent of all dwelling <br />units developed within a project area by public or private entities or <br />persons other than the redevelopment agency, but including those <br />developed pursuant to a written agreement with the agency, shall be <br />available at affordable housing cost to persons and families of low-or <br /> <br />76D~1717t 190 <br />
