CRA 2004-010 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE REPORT <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENTS TO MERGE THE <br />CENTRAL CITY, INTER-CITY COMMUTER STATION, <br />NORTH HARBOR, SOUTH HARBOR, SOUTH MAIN, AND <br />BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND <br />CONSENTING TO HOLDING A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING <br />WITH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />finds, determines and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. The Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Agency (-Agency") is a <br />community redevelopment agency organized and existing under the Callfomla Community <br />Redevelopment Law, Health and Safety Code Section 33000. st. seq., (.CRL II) and has <br />been authorized to transact business and exercise the powers of a redevelopment agency <br />pursuant to action of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana (-CIty Councilll). <br /> <br />B. On July 2, 1973, by Ordinance No. 1173, the City Council approved and <br />adopted a redevelopment plan for the Central City Redevelopment Project (MCentral City <br />Project"). <br /> <br />C. On July 6. 1982. by Ordinance No. NS-1636, the City Council adopted a <br />redevelopment plan for the Inter-City Commuter Station Redevelopment Project (lIfnter-City <br />ProJectll). <br /> <br />D. On July 6, 1982, by Ordinance No. N8-1637. the City Council adopted a <br />redevelopment plan for the North Harbor Redevelopment Project (IINorth Harbor Projecr). <br /> <br />E. On July 6, 1982, by Ordinance No. N8-1638, the City Council adopted a <br />redevelopment plan for the South Harbor Redevelopment Project (""South Harbor Projecf'). <br /> <br />F. On July 6, 1982, by Ordinance No. NS-1639, the City Council adopted a <br />redevelopment plan for the South Main Redevelopment Project (.South Main Projectll). <br /> <br />G.
