Agency staff is hereby directed to work with the City Clerk and Agency <br />advisors in the mailing of a copy of the aforesaid notice and related materials attached <br />herewith, pursuant to Sections 33452 and 33486 of the CRL. to the last known assessee of <br />each parcel of land within the Existing Project Area! as shown on the last equalized <br />assessment rolls of Orange County and the State of Califomia. The notice shall be sentto <br />all property and business owners, tenants and residents within the Existing Project Areas, <br />and to aU affected taxing entities, which receive a portion of the ad valorem taxes levied on <br />properties within the Existing Project Areas. <br /> <br />Section 6.
