At the above stated day, hour and place any and all persons having any objections to the proposed Amendments may appear before the Agency and the City Council and show cause why the proposed Amendments should not be approved and adopted. At any time not later than the hour aforesaid set for hearing, any person objecting to the proposed Amendments may file in writing with the Clerk of the Council a statement of his or her objections. Any person or organization desiring to be heard at the hearing will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. The City Council shall hear and consider objections to and other testimony about the proposed Amendments pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency will hold a community information meeting on August 10, 2004, at 6 p.m., in the Santa Ana Police Community Room, located at 60 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, to discuss the purpose of the proposed Amendments and other related effects of the adoption of the proposed Amendments. The proposed Amendments, the Agency's Report to the City Council, the existing Redevelopment Plan for the Existing Project Areas and other pertinent documents are on file and available for public inspection and copying during regular office hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) at the Office of the Clerk of the CouncU of the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701.
