<br />Impact Report, Mitigation Monitoring Program, and Statement of <br />Overriding Considerations, and all of their respective facts, findings and <br />conclusions in support of this resolution and the findings made herein. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby, approves General Plan Amendment No. <br />2004-01. The pages changed in the Land Use Element (Exhibit A), the Circulation <br />Element (Exhibit B), and the Urban Design Element (Exhibit C) are attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby repeals in its entirety Resolution No. 2000- <br />059 entitled "A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana closing to <br />vehicular traffic that portion of Tenth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street," <br />which repeal shall only become effective upon issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to <br />One Broadway Plaza. <br /> <br />Section 4. The Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect thirty (30) days after its adoption <br />by the City Council; provided however, that if Ordinance No. NS-2656, or Ordinance No. <br />NS-2649 are for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise do not go into effect for any reason, then this <br />resolution shall be null and void and have no further force and effect. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of Julv, 2004. <br /> <br />~~cß~ <br />Iguel A.
