<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />jwf (07/26/04) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-060 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO <br />THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ADELPHIA <br />CABLEVISION OF SANTA ANA, LLC <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That certain Sixth Amendment to Cable Television Franchise <br />Agreement, in the form presented to this meeting, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute said <br />Sixth Amendment on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is directed to attest thereto. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Manager or his designee shall continue to administer <br />the terms of the Cable Television Franchise Agreement on behalf of the City, as <br />modified by the Sixth Amendment. <br /> <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption <br />by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 2nd day of Auaust, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-060 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
