Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP is among a <br />limited group of law firms with an extensive and highly successful <br />environmental law practice. After interviews with multiple firms, it was <br />determined that Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP is the optimal candidate <br />to associate with the City Attorney's Office in respect to litigation. The <br />firm has offered a discounted hourly rate in consideration of budgetary <br />concerns. Additionally, this rate is consistent with standard hourly rates <br />for law firms with similar experience and expertise. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Risk Management Liability Fund (account no. 80- <br />180-6191) . <br /> <br />251 <br /> <br />
