The project improvements include widening the <br />freeway to provide high occupancy vehicle lanes in each direction between <br />SR-55 and Valley View Avenue, various interchange improvements, <br />additional sound walls, and replacement planting. <br /> <br />The cooperative agreement identifies roles and responsibilities during <br />the design and construction of the project. The agreement ,also specifies <br />that OCTA will reimburse the City for costs of providing Traffic <br />Engineering and Police services required to address traffic impacts <br />during the construction for a total amount not to exceed $150,000. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />T ( .Qi: <br /> <br />t/James G.
