Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code for such <br />use? <br /> <br />The existing 140-unit condominium project is in compliance <br />with the approved conditions established by Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 78-26. The proposed building as designed will <br />create a 0.4 per cent decrease of open space, which will be <br />mitigated by enhancing the level of amenities provided on the <br />other open space areas in the complex. At the time of <br />construction, the residential complex met the requirements of <br />the R4 zoning district. <br /> <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any <br />specific plan of the City? <br /> <br />The proposed building will not adversely affect the General <br />Plan or any specific plan of the City, as there will be no <br />increase in the number of approved dwelling units in the <br />residential complex. <br /> <br />31A-14 <br />
