In order to do so, a <br />contract for annual traffic line painting and traffic sign maintenance <br />is required. Contract services include the installation and removal of <br />traffic stripes, pavement markings, curb markings and raised pavement <br />markers. In addition, the contract will provide for the installation <br />and removal or relocation of traffic signs. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on August 11 and'13, 2004, and <br />bids were solicited.
