For dcfiw1ts that cannot <br />be cured within said ninety (90) day cure period. City may Ml'minAte or amend this Agreement in <br />acccmIance with the proœcIure adopted by the City should at any time following said ninety (90) <br />day period Owner fail to diligently proceed in curing the default.
