Their <br />proposal was excellent in all respects, and they have extensive <br />experience providing sewer CCTV services. Their proposed fee for sewer <br />inspection includes all of the work required to clean and inspect the <br />sewer mains. <br /> <br />Staff analyzed the fees proposed by each consultant based upon the likely <br />scope of work for the contract. Approximately 25% of the work will <br />require extra line cleaning at the hourly rate. Based upon this analysis, <br />Houston Harris has the lowest overall cost. Staff recommends that Houston <br />Harris PCS, Inc. be retained for this project.
