In accordance with the City's permit <br />requirements, all high priority industrial sites need to be inspected <br />annually, medium priority industrial sites inspected semi-annually, and <br />low priority commercial sites inspected once every three years. <br /> <br />Requests for Proposals were sent to five firms. <br />received and evaluated by a four-member selection <br />envelopes were then opened and the fee proposals <br />below are the ratings of the three firms. <br /> <br />Three responses were <br />committee.
