Physically divide an established community? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not physically divide any <br />established community, in that no existing residential uses <br />are located on the project site. The proposed project would <br />be compatible with other existing land uses in the area. No <br />adverse land use compatibility impacts would be associated <br />with implementation of the proposed project. <br /> <br />B. Conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or <br />regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the <br />project adopted for the purpose of avoiding or <br />mitigating an environmental effect? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan <br />and conditionally permitted in the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not be in <br />conflict with any planning programs or policies in the <br />City. <br /> <br />C. Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan <br />or natural community plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, <br />the project site is not included within any habitat <br />conservation plan or any natural community conservation <br />plan. <br /> <br />X.
