<br />E. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment <br />provider, which serves or may serve the project that it <br />has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected <br />demand in addition to the providers existing commitments. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana and/or the Orange County Sanitation <br />District would provide wastewater service to the project <br />site. The treatment of wastewater would be provided at <br />Reclamation Plant 1 in the City of Fountain Valley. The <br />proposed project would be required to provide appropriate <br />sewer connection fees with the city of Santa Ana and the <br />Orange County Sanitation District.. The proposed proj ect <br />would not significantly increase the demand for additional <br />wastewater facilities. <br /> <br />c. Require or result in the construction of new storm <br />water drainage facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant effects. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is located within a currently developed <br />commercial center with improved drainage facilities. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not <br />significantly increase the amount of surface water runoff <br />generated from the project site. Implementation of the <br />proposed project would not require the construction of new <br />drainage facilities that would impact the environment. <br /> <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the <br />project from existing entitlements and resources or <br />are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not significantly increase the <br />demand for water service over current levels water demand <br />within the project area. The proposed project is consistent <br />with the City's Urban Water Management Plan. Through the <br />City's development review process, the Public Works <br />Department has indicated that the City would have the <br />ability to provide adequate water service to the project <br />site. No adverse impacts in regards to the provision of <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />75A:!J7 <br />
