MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 5, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 i~.M., in the Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the Clerk of the Council in the <br />absence of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the <br />roll call of the Council, and the Clerk declared the meeting adjourned <br />for lack of a quorum to Monday, March 1Z, 1973, at 2:00 I~.M., in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Hall. A notice to that effect was <br />posted in the lobby of the City Hall and on the entrance to the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, wi~h affidavit on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br />Florence I.
