This agreement provides for the <br />maintenance and support needed for this system. Simplex/Grinnell, LP, is <br />uniquely qualified to provide these services as they designed and <br />implemented the system. <br /> <br />Council originally approved the agreement with Simplex/Grinnell at the <br />August 5, 2003 meeting. This agreement would extend the maintenance and <br />support for an additional one-year period. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Computer Systems Other <br />Contractual Services account (account no. 011-338-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />_k--tt \)\ \ <br /> <br />Paul M.
