(CA 151) <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS At Councilman Villa's <br />ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH request, the Clerk read <br />PLANNING COUNCIL letters received from Mr. <br /> and Mrs. Robert De La <br />I-Iuerta, Z05 N. Flower, and Sandra Giamaneo, Z011 IV.
