<br />4. PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - <br /> <br />The buyout of the billboard company may not happen. Permits have been <br />pulled for the restaurant. Caribou is planning an end of summer opening for <br />the restaurant. <br /> <br />b) City Place West - <br /> <br />No change. The developer is meeting with Santiago Park neighborhood in <br />August. <br /> <br />c) YMCA- <br /> <br />Due diligence is being performed by staff on two proposals. Jose Solario <br />asked for an update on how many groups have been interested in the building <br />and how far into the process each one went. <br /> <br />d) Court of Appeals- <br /> <br />No update except that when the State calls, staff is giving them the answers <br />they need to make our site the most viable option. <br /> <br />e) 4th Street Pushcart Status _ <br /> <br />A definitive schedule was distributed and discussed in detail. <br /> <br />f) Sav-On Lofts - <br /> <br />The Charles Company is continuing to test the market to get better than <br />market rates on the units. <br /> <br />g) Sycamore GaraQe Landscapinq - <br /> <br />CDA issued a letter informing Caribou that no payments for parking will be <br />released until the conditions are met. Bob St. Paul informed Caribou verbally <br />as well. <br /> <br />h) South Main Steam CleaninQ - <br /> <br />No funding available this year.
