<br />8 <br /> <br />KO-08/10/04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-063 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. <br />2004-04 FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 517 <br />NORTH EUCLID STREET AND 5117 WEST FIFTH <br />STREET (COUNTY MAP NO. 16636) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Applicant filed Amendment Application No. 2004-04 to change the zoning <br />designation from Arterial Commercial (C5) and Two-Family Residence <br />(R2) to Single-Family Residence (R1) and a tentative tract map to allow a <br />subdivision to construct six single-family residences at 517 North Euclid <br />Street and 5117 West Fifth Street. <br /> <br />On July 26, 2004, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public <br />hearing, and voted 6:0 (Lutz absent) to recommend that the City Council <br /> <br />1. Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2004-22. <br /> <br />Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2004- <br />04. <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-04 <br />(County Map No. 16636) as conditioned. <br /> <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-04 (County Map No. 16636) has been filed <br />seeking approval of a tentative tract map to allow a subdivision to <br />construct six single-family residences at 517 North Euclid Street and 5117 <br />West Fifth Street. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana determines that the following <br />findings have been established: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements are consistent with the Low Density Residential land <br />use designation of the General Plan and are otherwise consistent <br />with all other elements of the General Plan and any applicable <br />specific plans. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-063 <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
