MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> AND <br />MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AENCY <br /> <br />June 25, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor Vernon S. Evans <br />at 2:10 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, with the following Councilmen present: John Garthe, <br />Lorin Griset, Vernon S. Evans, J. Ogden Markel, James E. Ward, <br />and Harry K. Yamamoto. Mayor Jerry M. Patterson arrived at 2:15 <br />P.M. Also present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attorney <br />James A. Withers, Director of Planning Charles C. Ztmmerman, <br />Director of Public Works Ronald Wolford, and Clerk of the Council <br />Florence I. Malone. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Griset, <br /> <br /> The Minutes of the Regular <br /> Meeting of June 4, 19Y3 <br /> were approved as submitted, <br />on motion of Councilman <br />seconded by Councilman Garthe, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR The following Agenda items <br /> were removed from the Con- <br /> sent Calendar: Items 2 A, <br /> 3 A, 3 E, 3 F and 3 G <br />requested by Councilman Markel; Items 5 A, 7 A and 7 B requested <br />by Councilman Yamamoto; Items 1 B, 3 D and 7 C requested by <br />Councilman Ward; and Item 7 E requested by Mayor Patterson. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Garthe, and <br />unanimously carried, Council affirmed the recommended action on tke <br />following Consent Calendar items: <br /> <br />BID CALLS <br /> <br />ment for bids on the <br /> <br />following: <br /> <br />Approved plans and <br />specifications, and <br />authorized advertise~ <br /> <br />PROJECT T-3041 [147) - Traffic Signal <br />Modification and Installation of Telephone <br />Signal Interconnect at Various Locations; <br /> <br /> opening date July 17, <br />BID AWARDS <br /> <br />most responsible bidder: <br /> <br />1973, <br /> <br />2:00 P.M.
