CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAPS Approved the following <br /> maps subject to conditions <br /> contained in the Planning <br />Director's reports dated June 26, June 25 and June 25, <br />respectively: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #818 - Filed by Hazel <br />C. Greenleaf, creating three (3) M 1 parcels <br />to be used for industrial development, located <br />generally on the southwest corner of First <br />and Daisy Streets. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #819 - Filed by William <br />A. Fruehling, creating two (2) M 1 parcels, <br />to be used for industrial development, located <br />generally on the north side of Central Avenue, <br />west of Fairview Street. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #820 - Filed by MPG <br />Ranch, creating five (5) M 1 parcels, to be <br />used for industrial uses, located generally <br />on the southwest corner of Newport Circle and <br />Ritchey Street. (CA 25) <br /> <br />~ * * * * * * ~ CONSENT CALENDAR FINIS <br /> <br />SOLICITATION APPLICATION The application filed by <br /> Pride Equals Respectability <br /> and Equality, Inc., for <br /> charitable solicitation <br />through candy sales, was approved on motion of Councilman Evans, <br />seconded by Councilman Markel and carried with Councilmen Ward <br />and Evans dissenting. The solicitation purpose is to finance <br />activities for local youths who have become members of Pride in <br />the City. The period of solicitation is from July 1, 1973 to <br />August 29, 1973, inclusive, and approval was subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />Submission of a certified audited annual <br />financial statement at the end of the calendar <br />year; <br /> <br />Submission of applicant's own statement of <br />income and expenses with each application <br />submitted in the future; and <br /> <br />Periodic inspection of financial records by <br />Police Department representatives as deemed <br />necessary by the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />(CA 91) <br /> <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION VA 73-29, filed by S. H. <br />NO. 73-29 and J. J. Burnham, to <br />S. H. AND J. J. BURNHAM construct an office building <br /> in the R 2 District at <br />1630 E. Palm Street, approved by the Planning Commission on <br />June 11, 1973, was received and filed on motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward, and carried, with Councilmen <br />Garthe and Markel dissenting.
