ITV ANAGER <br /> <br />CONTINUED TO <br /> <br />FILE NUMBER <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and the <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with Pacific System Electric <br />for the maintenance and service of underground fuel storage tanks for a <br />one year period, with provision for two one-year renewals, in an annual <br />amount not to exceed $19,845. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The Police Facility, the Corporation Yard and the Fire Department, are <br />served by various underground fuel storage tanks. The annual compliance <br />testing, monthly inspection, preventive maintenance and repair services <br />provided will include materials, skilled labor, supervision, tools and <br />supplies, and testing equipment. In addition, inspections will maintain <br />the fuel storage tanks in first class operating condition to maintain the <br />safety and operation of the equipment, and to meet all applicable laws and <br />regulations. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department, Fire Department and Building <br />Maintenance Other Contractual Services account (11-350-6291, (11-327- <br />6291), (73-105-6291). <br /> <br /> <br />0c.t~ <br /> <br /> <br />/\ <br /> <br />oma <br />Director <br /> <br />& Mgmt.
