RESOLUTION 73-89 ADOPTING REVISED CLASS <br />CLASS TITLES; SENIOR ACCOUNTANT SPECIFICATION FOR SENIOR <br />AND DEPUTY CITY TREASURER ACCOUNTANT AND AMENDING <br /> SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION <br />58-281 BY DELETING THE CLASS TITLE OF DEPUTY CITY TREASURER <br />was adopted, on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Council- <br />man Griset, and unanimously carried on a 6 - 0 vote. (CA 50.1) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ?3-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />PARKING ON SIXTH STREET COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA PROHIBITING <br /> PARKING ON SIXTH STREET <br />BETWEEN FLOWER STREET AND SHBLTON STREET BETWEEN 2:00 A.M. <br />AND 6:00 A.M. EVERY DAY was adopted on motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded bX Councilman Ward, and carried unanimously <br />on a 6 0 vote. (CA 18) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 73-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />CENTRALIZED TRANSPORTATION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />TERMINAL SANTA ANA REQUESTING THAT <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT <br />DISTRICT (OCTD) STUDY THE NEED FOR A MAIN BUS TERMINAL IN SANTA <br />ANA was adopted on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by <br />Councilman Yamamoto and carried on a 5 1 vote, with Councilman <br />Markel dissenting. <br /> <br />Included in the motion was a proviso that the title of the <br />Resolution be revised to read as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 73-91, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REQUESTING THAT THE ORANGE <br />COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT (OCTD) STUDY THE NEED FOR A <br />CENTRALIZED TRANSPORTATION TERMINAL IN SANTA ANA <br /> <br />and that "Centralized Transportation Terminal" be substituted <br />within the Resolution for "Main Bus Terminal". (CA 84.5) <br /> <br />COMMUNITY On motion of Councilman <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN Griset, seconded by Council- <br /> man Ward, Council received <br /> and filed the letter dated <br />July 26, 1973, from the Clerk of the Council of Santa Ana, trans- <br />mitting copy of Ordinance NS-1173, adopting a redevelopment plan <br />and a map of the project area, in accordance with the Health <br />and Safety Code requirements, on a 4 - 2 vote, with Councilmen <br />Evans and Markel dissenting. (CA 82.S) <br /> <br />SANTA ANA RIVER Council received and filed <br />PRADO DAM the letter dated July 20, <br /> 1973, from the Chairman <br /> of the Board of Supervisors, <br />transmitting a report from the Corps of Engineers regarding <br />the work to date and a copy of the Board of Supervisors Resolu- <br />tion No. F 73-49 relating to the report, on motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, and unanimously <br />carried on a 6 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />Councilman Ward expressed interest in supporting Board of Super- <br />visors Resolution No. F 73-49, and requested that staff study <br />the situation; Mayor Patterson requested staff to obtain copies <br />of their recent report on a related study from the League of <br />California Cities. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 288 AUGUST 6, 1973 <br /> <br /> <br />
