Agreement <br />Hello Lisa, <br />FYI: <br />As you know, Terry G. of CDA/Housing has submitted the above - mentioned agrmt. with an agrmt. date of 05115/06 - <br />06/30/07 and an amount not to exceed 10K. The exhibit attached to the agrmt. indicates that AVP Counsulting Engineers, <br />Inc. has merged into Lead Tech. Since, there is currently an agreement with AVP (N- 2004 - 116 -01) with an agreement <br />date of 06130/05 to 06/30106 and an amount not to exceed 1 OK, I would be unable to process. <br />However, after speaking with Terry, he will submit an Agreement Termination sheet for N- 2004 - 116 -01 thus, allowing me <br />to process the agrmt. with Lead -Tech. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions. <br />Thank you, <br />Norma Mitre -R. <br />
