1. Statement of Qualifications a. Company Background and Main Contact Person The Bainbridge Group, Inc. - Environmental Consultants, is located at 15941 Red Hill Avenue, Tustin, California 92780. The contact person for this contract will be Henry Moreno. The telephone number is (714) 247-0024, the fax number is (714) 247-0025 and the e-mail address is hmoreno@bainbridgegrp.com. All services to the Community Development Agency (City of Santa Ana) will be provided from the Tustin, California office, a location well within close proximity to the City of Santa Ana's housing projects. The firm has been providing environmental/lead paint consulting services for the past eleven years. The firm was founded in 1992 and was incorporated in the State of California in 1997. The President and Chief Executive Officer is Henry A. Moreno. The company has not been debarred nor suspended from conducting its services to any private, federal, state or public agencies. The Bainbridge Group is a certified minority-owned business/disadvantaged business enterprise (MBE/DBE) with its principal office location in Tustin, California. The firm has eight regular fulltime employees and two part time employees. The titles of the employees range from principal program manager to assistant project managers. See attached personnel certifications. In addition to individual personnel certifications, The Bainbridge Group is nationally approved and listed under the National Lead Service Providers System. The Bainbridge Group maintains an expandable scheduling system based on the resources and proper staffing of its tasks by various means and avenues normally used in a medium size consulting company. The staffing resources are based on priority to client need basis and can be adjusted and expedited as required. The Bainbridge staff is available to provide services on any given moment 24/7- on-call basis to the City or its agents and tenants. b. Professional Qualifications The Bainbridge Group, Inc. has also provided consulting services of similar nature to the County of Los Angeles Community Development Commission, Los Angeles Unified School District, Santa Ana Unified School District, California Department of Parks and Recreation, City Housing Agencies for Bellflower, Monrovia, Irwindale, Glendora and other local and state agencies. The Bainbridge Group provides complete consulting services for Lead Paint Management including but limited to the following: Testing, Surveys and Risk Assessments Cost Estimates Renovation/Demolition Design Working Drawings Remediation Design and Specification Writing Operations and Maintenance Programs Construction/Abatement Monitoring and Clearances The Bainbridge Group also offers environmental management services for the assessment, evaluation and remediation of biological and hazardous materials in the following areas: Community Development Agency - City of Santa Ana Lead-Based Paint Consulting Services - Updated Qualifications The Bainbridge Group, Inc.
