<br />Asbestos and Lead Paint Consulting Services - Complete facility surveys and follow-up <br />abatement specifications and monitoring for classrooms and general areas throughout the <br />campus <br />Bainbridge Project Managers: Henry Moreno and Rudy Benavides <br />Construction task orders contracts, 1992 to present. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Key Personnel to be Assigned to This Contract <br /> <br />The Bainbridge Group, Inc. has the professional staff available to provide the lead paint and other <br />hazardous material consulting services requested by the City of Santa Ana The project team will be <br />organized by the technical requirements addressed by the City and as shown below. <br /> <br />The staff will consist of industrial hygienists and architects/engineers with well over seventy years of <br />combined experience in the preparation of surveys, specifications, working drawings (phases 1 and 2) <br />for housing, schools, government and commercial projects, project management and site surveillance - <br />air monitoring (phase 3) for numerous projects. <br /> <br />Henry A. Moreno <br />Mr. Moreno is an experienced 'hands-on' manager with hazardous material-related projects similar to <br />those requested by the RFP. He holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of <br />Miami, Coral Gables, Florida - 1983. Mr. Moreno has been involved in the environmental consulting <br />industry for well over 18 years. He is a State of California DHS lead inspector/assessor and is certified <br />to use and maintain the Niton XL 309 Spectrum Analyzer for lead XRF testing. Specifically Mr. Moreno <br />has performed renovation-engineering type consulting services for housing, school district, local and <br />state agencies. He is also a California Certified Asbestos Consultant and AHERA trained as a building <br />inspector/management planner, project designer, contractor supervisor. For this contract, Mr. Moreno <br />will be the City's main point of contact as the program manager/principal in charge.
