PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED -OWNERS, LESSEES OR <br />CONTRACTORS -AUTOMATIC STATUS WHEN <br />REQUIRED IN CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH YOU <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the folowing: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A._Section II -Who is An lnsured is amended to <br />include as an insured any person or organization <br />for whom you are pertorming operations when you <br />and such person or organization have agreed in <br />writing in a contract or agreement that such person <br />or organization be added as an additional insured <br />on your policy. Such person or organization is an <br />additional insured only with respect to liability aris- <br />ing out of your ongoing operations pertormed for <br />that insured. A person's or organization's status as <br />an insured under this endorsement ends when <br />your operations for that insured are completed. <br />Coverage provided by this policy to the Additional <br />lnsured(s) shown in the Schedule shall be <br />primary insurance and any other insurance <br />maintained by the Additional Insured{s) shall be <br />excess and non-contributory, but only as <br />respects any claim or liability determined to be <br />the <br />result of the sole negligence or responsibility of <br />the Named Insured and only if required of the <br />Named Insured by written contract. <br />B. With respect to the insurance afforded these addi- <br />tional insureds, the following additional exclusion <br />applies: <br />This insurance does not apply to' <br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and <br />advertising injury" arising out of the rendering of, or <br />the failure to render, any professional architectural, <br />engineering or surveying services, including: <br />1. The preparing, approving, or failing to prepare <br />or approve, maps, shop drawings, opinions, re- <br />ports, surveys, field orders, change orders or <br />drawings and specifications; and <br />2.
