Lic(3nsE}{3 yvIlL>not bèrequired to pay foracjditional cleaning, sérVices a,k?ove the cleòning. fees provided for <in the Fee 'Schedule, provided that the amount of required cleaning does not exceed the amount of cleaning ordinarily involved following events at the Center, carpeting at the Center has not been soiled, and the Center has not otherwise been damaged. Owner's building custodian will be available to review the facilities with the Licensee or Licensee's Representative prior to and at the completion of the Event and will determine whether any' damage has occurred, additional cleaning beyond ordinary cleaning is needed or if Licensee has exceeded the time of use of the Event from the times specified in the Agreement. Licensee will be responsible to pay to Owner additional charges at the rate of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) of Owner staff time per hour for damage repair or clean-up (beyond ordinary clean-up) performed by Owner's staff. In the event repair or clean-up is performed by outside vendors, including, without limitation, carpet cleaning services, Licensee also shall be responsible to pay the actual amount charged by such vendors, a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) processing fee plus the additional charges and fees listed below. The fee for these services may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, in the event of the Deposit is insufficient to pay for such fees and charges, Licensee shall pay the deficiency upon demand by Owner. If or any reason the Licensee or Licensee's Representative is not present at the scheduled Event opening and closing times, the decision by Delhi's staff as to the condition of the Center's and fees and charges for which Licensee is responsible shall be conclusive and binding on the parties. Attendance of Owner's custodial/maintenance and attendant staff is mandatory for each Event. The cost of staff is not included in the base rental fee but is on the Facility Fee Schedule. The Center will have tables, chairs and other equipment in place at the Event as identified in the room schematic approved by Owner prior to the start time of the Event. Licensee must complete its set-up before Licensee's guests are permitted to enter into the Authorized Area. SECURITY Licensee is solely responsible for arranging security for the Event and all costs therefor. Security staff must be present throughout all Events comprising parties, receptions, dances or other social functions in which the number of expected guests exceeds One Hundred (100). Owner may require additional security staff at Events in whièh alcohol is to be served. Owner reserves the right, exercisable in its sole judgment, to require security personnel at any Event and/or require Licensee to increase the number of security personnel present at any Event, regardless of the purpose, size or nature of the Event.
