<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant will perform the following services: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br /> <br />provide network maintenance and support; <br />train and provide ongoing support to microcomputer users; <br />perform various projects containing networking and applications of software <br />related tasks; <br />undertake various application software development projects; and <br />provide maintenance and support for various database applications. <br /> <br />4. <br />5. <br /> <br />COMPENSA nON <br /> <br />Consultant shall be compensated $45.00 per hour, plus reimbursable items such as <br />parking. Total compensation to be paid to Consultant shall not exceed $10,000 during <br />the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />8 <br />
