AGREEMENT On motion of Councilman <br />NEW CAREERS PROGRAM Griset, seconded by <br /> Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> with Councilman Markel <br />dissenting, Council approved the following agreement and <br />authorized its execution by the Mayor and Clerk: <br /> <br />NEW CAREERS PROGRAM - Between the City and the <br />Orange County Community Development Council~ <br />(A 73-63) <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE On motion of Councilman <br />LICENSE APPLICATION Griset, seconded by <br />WINDJAMMER INN, INC. Councilman Evans, with <br /> Councilman Yamamoto <br />dissenting, Council received and filed the following Alcoholic <br />Beverage License Application: <br /> <br />WINDJAMMER INN INC., 2337 West First Street; <br />On Sale General (Public Premises); Person to <br />Person Transfer. (CA 146) <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE On motion of Councilman <br />LICENSE APPLICATION Garthe, seconded by <br />DRYSDALE Councilman Griset, and <br /> carried, with Mayor <br />Patterson dissenting, Council instructed the City Attorney to <br />file a protest to the following application, with the Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control Board, unless a Minor Exception is granted <br />by Council within the protest time period allowed: <br /> <br />DRYSDALE, Donald S.
