The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2003-042 dated April 29, 2003, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant cleans the Police Department <br />shooting ranges and removes lead therefrom. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend said Agreement for an additional one-year period and increase the <br />compensation to pay for services during that one year period. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"City agrees to pay and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for its services, <br />the rates and charges identified in Exhibit A-I of said Agreement. The sum to be <br />expended under this Agreement shall not exceed $6,500.00 during the 2004-05 fiscal <br />year." <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"This Agreement shall commence on April 29, 2003 and terminated on June 30, <br />2005, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below. The term of <br />this Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by the Chief of Police and <br />the City Attorney." <br /> <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br />
