Trend Micro Terms 1. Trend Micro will provide a 12 -month open enrollment period which will allow all California City and County agencies to purchase new licenses at the 45,001- 50,000 per user price. This initial enrollment period will run through September 30th, 2004. 2. During the initial enrollment period, renewals for existing California City and County agency licenses can be purchased via this contract at the 10,001 - 15,000 per -user price. Alternatively, California City and County agencies can renew at 20% of the current new license SRP at the individual agency license count level, as described in the original proposal. 3. If the new license sales to California City and County agencies exceed 50,000 users during the initial 12 -month enrollment period, new licenses will be priced at the aggregate count of the licenses purchased in the initial enrollment period for the following 12- months. If the original enrollment period nets new license sales of 25,000- 49,999 users, the initial enrollment period pricing and its terms will be extended another 12 months. If net new license sales are less than 25,000 users, the price will drop to the 25,000 per -user price for new licenses for following 12 -month period; all other terms of the initial enrollment period will apply. 4. If net new license purchases during the initial enrollment period exceeds 50,000 users, renewals for California City and County agencies can be purchased at the 20,001- 25,000 per -user band during the following 12 month period. 5. Software can be downloaded via our website and license keys can be delivered via email. This will allow waiver of sales tax. 6. Trend Micro's consumer product, PC- Cillin, provides both anti -virus and firewall protection for home use PCs. Trend Micro will offer this to City & County Employees on Digital River's ecommerce website at $19.95 per license, download only. A specific URi, and promotional code will be provided to CCISDA for distribution to California City and County employees.
