<br />. <br /> <br />^ <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C (continued) <br /> <br />(I) Tenant shall not bum any trash or garbage at any time in or about the leased premises or any area of the Center, <br /> <br />(m) Tenant shall use at Tenant's cost such pest extermination contractor as Landlord may direct and at such intervals <br />as Landlord may require. <br /> <br />(n) Tenants are required to observe all security regulations issued by the Landlord and to comply with instructions <br />and/or directions of the duly authorized security personnel for the protection of the Center and all tenants therein. <br /> <br />(0) Any requirements of Tenant will be attended to only upon written application to Landlord. <br /> <br />(p) No waiver of any rule or regulation by Landlord shall be effective unless expressed in writing and signed by <br />Landlord or their authorized agent <br /> <br />(q) Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel fTom the Center any person who, in the judgment of Landlord, is <br />intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of the law or <br />the rules and regulations of the Center. <br /> <br />(r) Landlord reserves the right to close and keep locked any and all entrances and exit doors of the Center and gates or <br />doors closing the parking areas thereof during such hours as Landlord may deem to be advisable for the adequate <br />protection of the Center and all tenants therein. Tenant shall not alter any lock or install a new or additional lock or <br />bolt on any door of the common facilities. <br /> <br />(s) Landlord reserves the right at any time to change or rescind anyone or more of these rules or regulations or to <br />make such other and further reasonable rules and regulations as in Landlord's judgment may fTom time to time be <br />necessary for the management, safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises, and for the preservation of good order <br />therein, as well as for the convenience of the occupants and tenants of the Center. Landlord shall not be responsible to <br />Tenant or to any other person for the non-observance or violation of the rules and regulations by any other tenant or <br />other person, Tenant shall be deemed to have read these rules and to have agreed to abide by them as a condition to <br />its occupancy of the space herein leased. <br /> <br />(t) Tenant shall abide by any additional rules or regulations which are ordered or requested by any governmental <br />authority, <br /> <br />(u) In the event of any conIlict between these rules and regulations or any further or modified rules and regulations <br />from time to time issued by Landlord and the lease provisions, the lease provisions shall govern and control. <br /> <br />2 of 2 pages <br />
